Enrolment Process

Enquiry
- Admission enquiry started (face to face, phone calls, online).
- Potential parents and students' information collected.
- Invitation to school tours, tours are held regularly throughout the year.

Admission Portal
- Parents submit enrolment application online, link is on school website.
- Documents required for Early Learning Centre: student's birth certificate and immunisation history statement, any court or parenting order (if applicable)
- Documents required for other year levels: student's birth certificate, visa evidence/citizenship certificate/passport, immunisation history statement, past school reports, any court or parenting order (if applicable) and pastor reference.

Application Process
- Application is processed when all required supporting documents are submitted and enrolment fee is paid.

Student Assessment
- Once the enrolment registrar has received all documents, an evaluation test will be scheduled in order to provide the academic framework to best support your child in their learning journey.
- Student's evaluation tests (Math and English) is only for Year 2 to Year 11.
- Each test takes around 45 minutes.

Family Interview
- Family is contacted by enrolment registrar to schedule an enrolment interview with Deputy Principal.
- This is an opportunity for you to get to know us and us to get to know you.

Admission Decision
- Admission commitee reviews application.
- Family is contacted with decision.
- If accepted, an acceptance letter with enrolment information is sent.
- Account team is notified - parents to set up payment arrangement.
